CHILDREN from Gainford Primary School demonstrated their talents, skills and knowledge during an Easter service at St Mary’s church.

Among the many activities for parents and church-goers to enjoy were a short play and an exhibition of art.

Children in one class told the audience about what they had learned about how

people celebrate Easter in other countries such as Australia, Greece, Germany, Spain and Italy, while another class told the story of The Last Supper.
