THE question of potholes on Teesdale roads has been a growing issue on the agenda of local parish councils, with Evenwood recently being controversially branded as “Pothole City” because of the poor state of some of its roads.
This all begs the question of where is the biggest pothole in Teesdale? We invite readers to send in their reports and photos, in a bid to highlight this problem – and hopefully get something done.
The state of the entrance to Leekworth Gardens in Middleton-in-Teesdale has also been raised by one of their parish councillors and the poor surface on the cobbles and the rucked-up village green next to The Shambles at Staindrop, remains a long-running issue.
