TWO isolated homes at Moor Road, Staindrop, were burgled in a matter of days.





On July 5 a red EFCO 26cc petrol strimmer worth £180; a yellow De Walt 831 angle grinder (£105); a blue 8-bar Airmaster compressor (£300); and a green Bosch FT 1000 heavy duty router (£118) were taken from a home. The second burglary was on Friday, when a portable TV, a video recorder and a three-wheeled child`s pushchair, were taken.
