THE Friends of the Richardson Hospital will be celebrating 60 years of the NHS by holding a 1940s style farmer’s market.
Although the home produce will be up to date, the costumes of the stall holders will be strictly forties!
The market in Barnard Castle's Market Place on Saturday, July 5, starting at 10am and finishing at 3pm. There will also be a street collection with funds raised going towards the community hospital.
Please note, this stall will not be at the hospital, as stated in the Mercury print edition.
