I would just like to tell the locals with no small birds not to worry they are all in my garden! I have a flock of blue, coal and great tits, 6-8 greenfinches, chaffinches, two blackbirds (the incomers from the Continent must not have arrived yet), hedge sparrows, house sparrows and a robin. Also a nuthatch and greater spotted woodpecker. I suspect we are visited all the time because our garden is quiet and away from the houses and we are near Cow Close wood.
