Doing our bit for Big Society

As the Barney Mart is apparently to be redundant, might I suggest Mr John Simpson puts together a small funding bid to convert it for public execution. The inspirational Deerbolt educational  team could deliver a reduced service in the holding pens. The ring would provide perfect height for stone throwing, so perhaps this could be arranged on a "Big Society" voluntary basis saving the cost of a hangman as well as the costs of imprisonment?
