 Thank you for such a well written and informative article (2.12.09) about Teesdale Day Clubs. Whilst my colleague and I were delighted to get a mention it would be remiss to mention Mickleton lunch club without mentioning the ebullient club leader Gill Ball who is the leading light of the club, and Richard Robinson our charismatic chef. Like all of our leaders, it is Gill’s sparkling personality and caring attitude that makes that lunch club what it is.
While all the clubs are different, and have their own style and personality, our strength lies in being a good team.
