Rudeness of people today

May I just say how astonished am I at the lack of patience and level of rudeness I have encountered recently from a surprising generation! I encountered this vile lady in my local post office who while I was tending to my brief buissness displayed absoulute disreguard for myself and the kind member of staff serving me. May I just remind this elderly lady that I would have expected better from someone of her mature age and how that people of my younger generation do not behave in such a manner!
