Disgusted with Dog-Owners

Now that the snow has finally melted I've been looking forward to getting my 3-month old son out in his pram and enjoying some brisk walks around Town. However, rather than enjoying the fresh air and interaction with my baby, I am instead having to keep my eyes on the path in order to negotiate mounds of dog-mess every few steps. From Bouch Way, down Montalbo Road and into Town I have retched at the disgusting state of the paths and ended up walking on the road - not the safest option with my precious cargo. On the whole, I don't have a problem with dogs or their owners. As usual it is the lazy, selfish minority ruining it for everyone else (I dread to think what the inside of their homes are like). Please clear it up!!!
