My husband and I and our dog Chaos have just spent a wonderful week's holiday in this area and have been absolutely charmed, not only by the stunning scenery but also by the warmth and kindness of everyone we met. We really too loved Middleton and thought it a lovely place. It is certainly a place to be proud of, as well as being so clean and well cared for. The choice of shops was amazing and the food on offer in the cafes was excellent and the fish and chips which we sampled twice were superb, quite the best we have ever had. We have booked to come back again in April so that we may savour more of the delights of this wonderful area, which seems to have been a well kept secret and long may it remain so.
Thank you to the lovely people we met on our walks for making it such a special holiday.
Till the next time.
