Letter - Interesting attractions!

Interesting attractions!

I wonder if any of the fellow residents of Barnard Castle could educate me as to the huge attractions that seem to have been built at Parsons Lonnen, and in the Museum car park? I didn't notice any construction going on, but every evening car after car full of mostly young males seems to make it's way there. I once had a walk down, but all I saw was a lot of young people smoking drugs, presumably because the Police won't be bothered to do anything about it. (out of sight, out of mind?). I turned around and walked away, because being a polite chap I hate to interrupt.
Anyway, if anyone has any ideas what the attraction is, your guess is as good as mine!
