TCR Summit Meeting

Surely the time has come for a constructive meeting of all those actively involved in the planning for a new TCR facility, including the appropriate councillors. Nobody seems to be disputing that a new creative youth development centre will be of direct benefit to a large section of young people living in Teesdale and so indirectly to the rest of us. The money for the build is currently available but delay is draining resources. Such a meeting would enable fast, cheap and civil resolution. Yours sincerely Sam Forsyth
