I agree entirely with Rebecca Haynes comments on car parking and would add that perhaps the local council should consider a long overdue "one way system" to help prevent the traffic chaos that I have often encountered in Barnard Castle.
It is because of this reason that I have chosen to
shop elsewhere and I rarely come to Barnard Castle now despite it being nearer than anywhere else.
